Stop Running after Weight Loss!

Are you someone who is obsessed with the number on the scale?

Not being your "Ideal" shape and size giving you jitters?

My dear friend, you are certainly not alone. There are many people sailing the same boat but it is up to you whether you want to progress towards the destination of being miserable or instead be peaceful and content?

Chasing weight loss is not only erroneous but can be most dangerous?

Now, you may ask why?

Isn't it something that all dieticians and fitness gurus are for?

Isn't the ultimate goal is to look good and fit in that dress that has been hanging in the closet for years now?

Before answering your questions, let me first describe what is weight loss and fat loss?

Weight Loss= Loss in body fat and muscles

Fat Loss= Reduction in body fat percentage

When you only focus on weight loss, you lose that muscle, and you definitely DO NOT want that to happen. It will not only hamper your immunity but also you will end up being more irritable, dehydrated, and more prone to experiencing irregular menstruation.

So, ladies and gentlemen, focus on leading a healthy lifestyle combined with workouts and proper nutrition, and weight loss will eventually happen. Just don't go crazy about the number on the scale.

Enjoy and live but do it responsibly.

Cheers!

Fantastic ! This is so true , we shouldn’t be running after one stern belief but rather come together to be a better being. More power to you.
