Strength in Body & Mind

I was overweight in school which brought its own set of challenges with itself, while my fitness journey started for wanting to look good and fit in my favorite dresses, and I did manage to lose a lot of weight but felt sluggish mostly as I starved myself foolishly.


Eventually, I was exhausted from approaching weight-loss from the standpoint of shame and started to look for a sustainable way to get healthy.

Over the years, I have come to realize the importance of nutrition and fitness. 

The transformation doesn't happen overnight, and it takes consistent efforts to not only change the way you look but also your mindset.
